I shop locally, although I do defect to Sainsburys once a week - shoot me now local shopkeepers.

hmm, no detox for me as I've had the most dreadful throat infection....3 glasses of vino and 14 pencilin tabs for me since Tuesday....!

Been a bit dull for us, too - the fluey-coldy-thing we've been fighting off finally struck on Christmas Eve. Boy are we gonna party at New Year!
It's not detoxing alcohol I need it's detoxing all things sweet.
Why oh why do we feel the need to fill our faces with stuff we never normally eat at this time of year!
