The Unholy (?) Alliance. Two smarmy men in matching suits with matching Jags. I'm just miffed that they took Eastenders and Holby off air. I know it's a monumentous day and all that but.....David Cameron and Nick Clegg. Put them together and what have you got?
Dick Camegg.......David (staunch Tory) is unhappy that I am "ridiculing" what is an "important day in British politics, mutter, mutter, mumble chunter". He watched the unfolding drama in an agog fashion and there was even talk of getting Mac out of bed to watch it.

I have been watching this from afar (very afar actually) but I can't see how it will work. A kind of similar thing happened here a while ago and the Democrat party cosied up to the Liberals(similar to the Conservatives, without the titles and ancient family mansion) and at the last election the Democrats didn't win a seat and the Libs lost- not that I cared. I wouldn't dream of voting for either but it certainly didn't do the Dems any good.
Get that copyright off before Murdoch gets hold of it - the best export we ever made to the US. Shame he wouldn't stay there and butt out of the rest of the worlds affairs.

I was seriously pissed off that Eastenders got completely bumped. I mean surely once we knew he was PM that was enough wasn't it? Did we really need the endless arial footage of No.10 and Buck House? Enough already. God knows what this unholy alliance will bring. 2 public school boys running our country. God help us all
Lynda, I'm glad to be back. And a woman after my own heart....it's currently half past ten at night and my hoover has been staring accusingly at me since ten past four this afternoon!
It's a Mummy's Life....I know, and all those "experts" in the studio acting like over grown school boys trying to score points off each other.....galling!
